The lake plateau (2747m) in the upper Matschertal, directly below the peaks of the Saldurspitzen, are the destination of a beautiful alpine fishing trip. The hiking trail to the lake is described here.

Spinner with single hook without barb. Each type of barbless fly (maximum 2) with fly rod, fly reel and fly line.
Marble trout and hybrids of marble trout / brown trout protected (TM)
Brown trout (TF) 30cm
Rainbow trout (TI) 25cm
Spring char (SAF) 25cm
Arctic char (SAA) 25cm
Lake trout (TL) 30cm
The maximum number of fish caught per fishing trip must not exceed 4 units of which only one brown trout. After the fourth catch the fishing trip is over.
Four fishing trips per season with annotation in the summary table in the permit.
